General Return Information

Return Support: You may also call us at 928-282-2772  and we will get back to you  promptly to see how best to resolve any challenges with your return request.  It is our desire that credit be given when it is due.

Replacements: When the original item is received, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.

Exchanges: When the original item is received, the value of the original item less the shipping and handling value will be applied toward the exchange item.  Any difference in the value between the original item and the exchange item will be settled prior to, or concurrent with, shipment of the replacement.

Refunds:  When the original item is received, you will be credited for the original purchase price less the shipping and handling value. 

Credit:
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product meeting the above conditions.  
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
