Return Instructions for Resale Purchases
Please call Customer Service to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. 1-928-282-2772. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. All products must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to: Returns Department - Sedona Skies Gallery 2035 Contractors Road, Suite 4 Sedona Arizona 86336. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
There is a 10% restocking fee.
Commission Structure for Interested Sales Representatives:
In the gift field, we pay 15% commission to sales reps on written sales.
We pay 10% commission on orders where the rep gets a good deal with a chain
We pay 5% commission on orders the sales rep has to strike bottom on our return with a chain.
In distributor sales, it depends on the discount we give the distributor -
In the gift field, we pay on ship - Whatever we ship in a calendar month, then we pay the rep on the 15th of the following month.
Pay on Pay: For chain store accounts - What we are paid the 1rst to the 15th, we pay the rep on the 20th. What we are paid the 16th to the 31rst, we pay the rep the 5th of the next month.
If an account does not pay within 60 days past due, which is 90 days, we deduct the commissions portions from the next commission statement.
Mail Order Accounts:
We keep mail order accounts and have mail order specialists cover this market.
Mail order agents do not work by state but by account.
